Grooming should be part of a normal routine. It is not always feasible to groom your dog yourself. Here at Central Bark we have a complete bathing and grooming room ready to go. Let us do the grooming for you. Take home a clean, brushed out dog ready to snuggle with you.

Our groomer is LaRee. LaRee formerly operated her own grooming business in Wyoming for 17 years. She is certified for the Sporting and Terrier groups. LaRee also grooms cats. She will groom your dog to bring out his or her best features, and is able to work with difficult dogs.

Haircuts and full grooms are available - these include shampoo and conditioner, haircut/trim if applicable, ear cleaning, toe nail trim and blow-dry by hand with a complete brushout. Daycare/playtime is available at no additional cost for dogs scheduled for full grooms/haircuts (your dog will only join the playgroup at your request, and we do require that a release form be signed prior to your dog joining the play group).

Nail trims are available ($7 ala carte, included with haircuts and full grooms). Ear cleaning is available ($10 ala carte, included with haircuts and full grooms).

Please call us for rates. Grooming prices vary based on size of dog, length of coat, amount of matting, dog's cooperation (or lack thereof), and how much clipping or scissoring is done. It may be difficult to provide an exact price over the phone but we should be able to provide an estimated price range for you.

We also offer Exit Baths, typically priced at $15, $20, or $25 ($30 for giant breeds). Exit baths include shampooing and cage drying with a quick "fluff of fur" to finish. Exit Baths do not include the detailed finishing that we provide with full grooms and haircuts. A toenail trim may be added for $5. This is a good choice when you want your dog to smell fresh after a long boarding stay. These are particularly suitable for smooth-coated dogs. Also note that daycare dogs scheduled for an Exit Bath, are only charged for a half-day of daycare.

We also carry Oxyfresh products. The Pet Gel is used as a toothpaste, and the Pet Oral Hygiene Solution is added to your pet's drinking water. The Ear Cleaner is gentle and effective. These and other Oxyfresh products can be used at home to keep your pet feeling fresh and healthy.
